This document describes how eClients handles personal information and protects your privacy. This policy may be changed from time to time. We encourage visitors and users of our service to regularly review our privacy policy. All personal information we receive and store, which is defined as any information that identifies an individual or that can be used to identify, contact, or locate an individual, is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy as it is then amended.

Privacy Policy

eClients supports the European Union (EU) Privacy Policy and adheres to the Privacy Policy with respect to any onward transfer of personal data from the EU, including in connection with onward transfer of obligations. In certain situations, eClients may be required to disclose personal data in response to a lawful request from a government agency, including to meet national security and law enforcement requirements. Under certain conditions, which are further described on the Privacy Shield website [https://www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=How-to-Submit-a-Complaint], you have the right to resort to binding arbitration when all other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.

Collection of Personal Information

You can perform some operations on the site without providing personal information. However, when you register to use the eClients service, we collect the following personal information from you:
  • contact information (your name, phone number, and email address);
  • payment information (billing address).
Depending on the transactions you are performing, some of the requested information is required and some is optional. If you do not provide the required information, you will not be able to perform the relevant transactions. Like most websites, eClients and its third-party support operators may collect certain technical and routing information about your computer during your use of the website to facilitate your use of the website and its services. For example, we may record environment variables such as your browser type, operating system, processor speed, and your computer’s IP address. We use these environment variables to track your use of the site and its services, and to make them more user-friendly. eClients also uses these environment variables to track traffic on the site. We may from time to time compare this data with your personal information to better understand the needs of site visitors. When you download and use our mobile applications or services, we automatically receive information about the type of device you are using, as well as the version of the operating system.

Updating your personal information and privacy settings

Upon request, eClients will provide you with information about whether we store or process any of your personal information on behalf of third parties. For security reasons, some personal information can only be changed by contacting support. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

How your personal information is used

eClients obtains your information to provide you with services, comply with our legal obligations, and improve our products and services. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to third parties in any way other than as described in this Privacy Policy. eClients may use this information for the following purposes:
  • sending you order confirmations/renewals;
  • registering your rights to technical support (if any) or other benefits available to registered users;
  • responding to inquiries and claims sent to the support service;
  • administering your account;
  • sending you requested information about products or services;
  • informing you about special offers and services from eClients and selected third parties;
  • administering promotions and sweepstakes in which you participate and notifying you of the results;
  • investigating, preventing or taking action against illegal activities and/or violations of the terms of service;
  • conducting research and development in the field of products/services, to improve our site, as well as offers and services;
  • meeting your personal requests and preparing services and offers individually for you.
Information collected through cookies, logs, transparent image data and/or third-party resources is used to create a database of your preferences. We link information that allows you to identify your identity and/or membership history to the information in this database to prepare individual advertising offers, improve the content of the site and determine your interests. In some cases, upon official request of authorized authorities, eClients is obliged to disclose your personal information in order to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In situations where it is required by law (for example, to comply with a subpoena, warrant, order or decision of a court regarding eClients), as well as when we believe that disclosure of information is necessary to protect our rights, to avoid litigation, to ensure your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud and/or at the request of government authorities. We may also disclose information about you if such disclosure is necessary in the interests of national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public importance.

Sharing Information with Service Providers and Agents

eClients uses third-party credit card processing companies to collect payment for goods and services provided. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not retain, disclose, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We do not sell or otherwise provide personal information to other companies to advertise or sell their own products or services.

Data Retention

We will retain your information as long as your account is active, as long as the information is needed to provide you with the services or for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you with the services, please contact us at info@eclients.me. We will respond to your request within 10 days.

Opt-out of receiving updates, newsletters and/or informational messages

You may opt-out of receiving email updates and newsletters from eClients and/or email communications from partners by making the appropriate choice when registering. In addition, we will in any case send you communications related to the provision of the services, including a registration letter; emails automatically sent after your actions on the site, as well as payment notifications. You generally cannot opt out of receiving such non-promotional communications. If you do not wish to receive them, you may deactivate your account. If you use the eClients mobile application, we may occasionally send you push notifications to inform you of various events and promotions that we may be running. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may opt out at the device level.

Protecting Your Personal Information

The personal information you provide in connection with your use of the Site is protected in several ways.
  • Your account is accessed by entering a password and a unique client ID that you have chosen. This password is encrypted. It is recommended to use a strong password consisting of letters and numbers, which should not be disclosed to anyone.
  • Your personal information is located on secure servers, which can only be accessed by a narrow circle of eClients employees using a password.
  • Your personal information is encrypted when it is transmitted to eClients.
  • When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) into our registration or order forms, we encrypt this information using the TLS protocol.
We do our best to protect the personal information you send us, both during transmission and after receipt. However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet, nor any method of electronic storage of information, is completely secure. And, while we take into account the sensitive nature of the personal information we receive, process and store, and the current state of technology, in order to choose adequate measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Cookie and Tracking Technologies

When you browse the Internet, the site may automatically collect information such as your Internet service provider, browser type and version, operating system and device type, average time spent on our site(s), pages viewed, information accessed, the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, and other relevant statistics. This information is sometimes called web analytics or visitation data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information about you that we collect. We do this to improve the quality of the services we offer you, improve our marketing strategy and analytics, and ensure good site functionality. eClients and our affiliated companies, analytics and service providers use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts to provide functionality to the site.   • We work with a third party to either display advertisements on our website or to manage the display of our advertisements on other sites. We use mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software may record certain information, such as how often you use the app, events that occur in the app, aggregate app usage data, performance data, and where the app was downloaded from. We do not associate the information stored in the analytics software with any personally identifiable information that you submit through the mobile app.

Changes to Privacy Policy

eClients reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion and will notify you of material changes prior to such changes becoming effective by email or by posting information on the home page of the site. If, as a result of such changes, you wish to change the way we use your personal information, you may do so by following the procedure described in the Updating Your Personal Information and Privacy Settings section. After such notice is posted, you are deemed to be aware of any material changes to the Privacy Policy and they will apply to you.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Our site contains links to other websites whose privacy policies may differ from eClients’s. Social Media Widgets

Our website may include features that are related to social media, such as the Facebook “Like” button, and widgets such as the “Share” button and interactive mini-programs that run on our site. Social media features and widgets may run either directly on our site or on third-party resources. Children

We do not solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit information on this site or use our services. Privacy Complaints
